The Lowara HBSESV1004-1 Hydro-Boost Solo Variable Speed Booster Pump Set is a complete, professionally assembled constant-pressure water boosting system designed for residential, commercial, agricultural and building water supply applications. Featuring a Lowara 10SV04 e-SV vertical multistage pump combined with the intelligent HYDROVAR variable speed drive, the system automatically adjusts pump speed according to changing water demand.
Rather than operating continuously at full speed, the HYDROVAR monitors system pressure through a 4–20mA pressure transducer and varies the motor speed to maintain the required pressure. This provides smooth constant-pressure operation while helping reduce unnecessary energy consumption during periods of lower water demand.
The 10SV04 vertical multistage pump features robust stainless steel hydraulic construction and is designed specifically for reliable clean-water pressure boosting. With a 1.5kW motor, the pump delivers a maximum head of approximately 47.7 metres and operates across flows of up to approximately 233 LPM within the published hydraulic performance table.
HYDROVAR provides considerably more than basic variable speed control, incorporating protection against dry running, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload and earth faults. It can automatically stop the pump when water demand falls to zero and provides adjustable acceleration and deceleration for smooth pump starting and stopping.
The complete Hydro-Boost Solo package includes the Lowara e-SV pump, pump-mounted HYDROVAR controller, pressure transducer, 40mm stainless steel manifold, isolation valve, non-return valve, 35L pressure vessel, power isolation switch and stainless steel base. The complete system is supplied wired and run tested, providing a professional packaged solution ready for installation.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
