Product Overview
Constructed for high-capacity liquid management, the Lowara NSCS32-125/22 provides uncompromising reliability for commercial water distribution networks. Its robust three-phase architecture is fully optimized for continuous fluid transfer across large facilities.
Delivering a maximum flow of approximately 576 L/Min and a maximum head of approximately 23.0 m, the unit is driven by a heavy-duty 2.2 kW / 415v motor. Liquid exchange is efficiently managed through a 50 mm inlet paired with a standard 32 mm outlet configuration.
The internal mechanics prioritize volumetric stability, featuring a perfectly balanced closed impeller that minimizes operational vibration. The precise passage shaping prevents recirculation zones, maximizing hydraulic transfer efficiency across the pump's entire operating curve.
Housed within a durable Cast Iron frame and utilizing a Fabricated Stainless Steel (AISI 316) impeller, it safely accommodates liquid temperatures reaching +120 °C. The stub shaft design integrates with standard asynchronous motors, fully protected by an IP55 enclosure.

What electrical motor power specifications and supply voltage current feed power this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Energized by commercial electrical feeds, the NSCS32-125/22 relies on an electric motor rated at 2.2 kW (3.0 HP) energized via 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase drawing 7.90 / 4.56 A.
Regarding hydraulic thresholds, what maximum working pressure in bar and liquid temperature limits apply to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Rated under certified hydraulic pressure, the NSCS32-125-22 sustains a maximum working pressure boundary of 16 bar (PN 16) and operating temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.
Overcoming vertical elevation rise, what dynamic lift head applies to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Elevating across vertical pipe runs, the NSCS32 125 22 reaches a maximum dynamic elevation head of approximately 23 m across vertical runs.
For piping integration, what delivery flow volume and suction discharge port diameters are built into this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Supplying across connected plumbing lines, the NSCS32_125_22 delivers a peak volumetric flow of approximately 576 L/Min via connected DN 50 suction and DN 32 discharge flanged ports.
What corrosion-resistant metallurgy and mechanical face seal materials are incorporated into this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Constructed with alloy metallurgy components, the NSCS32-125/22 employs alloy construction of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers with mechanical face seals to guard against chemical attack and corrosion.
