Product Overview

Constructed specifically for demanding industrial water supply networks, the Lowara NSCS32-160/40 facilitates continuous bulk fluid transfer. This heavy-duty system is tailored to handle high-capacity manufacturing plumbing without suffering from operational fatigue.

Driven by a powerful 4.0 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the unit produces an impressive maximum flow of approximately 576 L/Min and pushes a maximum head of approximately 35.0 m. The mechanical connections feature a standard 50 mm suction port and a 32 mm discharge.

The internal mechanics prioritize seamless hydraulic throughput, utilizing a carefully balanced impeller to minimize turbulence. This internal shaping dramatically reduces mechanical stress and guarantees a uniform fluid output even when system resistance increases.

Housed within a thick Cast Iron frame and employing a Fabricated Stainless Steel (AISI 316) impeller, it reliably handles extreme fluid temperatures peaking at +120 °C. The motor leverages a rigid stub shaft adapter, protected against moisture by an IP55 rating.

What construction metallurgy and mechanical seal materials prevent corrosive chemical attack in this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Constructed for demanding fluid environments, the NSCS32-160/40 relies on alloy construction of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers paired with mechanical face seals to withstand liquid corrosion.

How is this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump powered in terms of motor kilowatt rating and electrical supply voltage current?

Energized from dedicated power supplies, the NSCS32-160-40 features an electric motor rated at 4 kW (5.5 HP) powered by 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase with a rating of 7.62 / 4.40 A.

Under demanding thermal conditions, what permissible fluid temperature range and pressure limit apply to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Rated across industrial piping systems, the NSCS32 160 40 maintains a maximum working pressure rating of 16 bar (PN 16) across fluid operating temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.

When pumping upward, what dynamic head and vertical push capability are generated by this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Elevating through distribution piping lines, the NSCS32_160_40 develops a maximum dynamic elevation head of approximately 35 m to elevate water.

Across facility plumbing lines, what maximum flow volume and discharge diameter are sustained by this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Supplying through designated connection lines, the NSCS32-160/40 provides a peak fluid flow rate of approximately 576 L/Min connecting via DN 50 suction and DN 32 discharge flanged ports.
