Product Overview
Functioning as a primary mover for demanding liquid handling networks, the Lowara NSCS32-250/150 excels in heavy duty transfer applications. Its rugged structural footprint ensures that massive fluid volumes are transported without encountering mechanical fatigue or operational downtime.
Drawing electrical power from a massive 15.0 kW / 415v three-phase motor, the system pushes a formidable maximum head of approximately 91 m alongside a maximum flow of approximately 630 L/Min. Integration is managed seamlessly via standard metric 50 mm inlet and 32 mm outlet connections.
Advanced fluid dynamics are tightly regulated by a precision-machined internal passageway that minimizes hydraulic friction during high-capacity operation. The closed impeller effectively mitigates flow separation, creating an exceptionally stable output characteristic under severe stress.
Mechanically secured with a highly rigid stub shaft mounting arrangement, the framework utilizes a tough Cast Iron structural body paired with a Fabricated Stainless Steel (AISI 316) impeller. Fully shielded by IP55 motor sealing, the pump is rated to easily process liquids up to +120 °C.
