Product Overview
Residential and agricultural water supply from boreholes, tanks and reservoirs is where the Lowara 1SC6/05CL20 delivers reliable performance. Its multi-stage hydraulic design produces consistent pressure for domestic pressure boosting, rainwater harvesting and small-scale irrigation systems.
A 0.55 kW 240V single-phase motor draws 4.26 Amps and delivers a maximum head of 55.6 metres and a flow rate of 40 L/min through a 32 mm discharge outlet. Weighing 13.4 kg with a 128 mm diameter, the pump is suitable for standard 6-inch boreholes.
Class F insulation and a double mechanical seal with an oil chamber protect the motor, with the external silicon carbide face resisting abrasion from sand. The dry motor is cooled by the surrounding water, allowing continuous operation at depths up to 17 metres.
AISI 304 stainless steel construction provides corrosion resistance for long-term submerged service, while technopolymer impellers and stainless steel diffusers handle suspended sand up to 25 g/m³ and solids up to 1 mm. A 20 metre H07RN8-F power cable, built-in capacitor and automatic reset thermal overload protection are included.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
