Water supply from deep wells and pressure boosting in civil and industrial systems are the primary duties for the Lowara Z8125-01-3. The pump also serves irrigation, supply of surge tanks and reservoirs, firefighting and washing systems, water table level control, and mining applications. The pump is suitable for borehole installation, with horizontal arrangements possible at a minimum recommended inclination of 3 degrees, with the motor positioned at the lowest point.
Rated at 7.5 kW with a current draw of 18.3 Amps at 415V three-phase, the pump develops 24.6 m of head at 30 m³/h with a maximum flow of 3000 L/Min. The 125 mm discharge outlet includes an integrated non-return valve. Performance is presented according to ISO 9906:2012 Grade 3B tolerances.
The pump casing and hydraulic components are constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel. The internal hydraulic design incorporates a semi-axial flow impeller arrangement. The assembly weighs 72.9 kg and is rated for liquid temperatures up to 25°C, with sand handling capability up to 100 g/m³. The manufacturer's material specification is 304S/S PUMP & STD MOTOR.
Submerged borehole duty is supported to 350 m, with Class F insulation and IP68-rated enclosure providing motor protection. The coupled standard motor features water-lubricated thrust bearings. NEMA-compliant flange mounting and coupling dimensions meet standard motor connection requirements.
