Product Overview
Water extraction from deep boreholes and municipal supply networks represents the primary duty for the Lowara Z875-01-3. The design also accommodates pressure boosting in high-rise buildings and agricultural irrigation systems. Vertical well installations are standard, with horizontal mounting available for specialized configurations.
Rated at 5.5 kW with a current draw of 12.7 Amps at 415V three-phase, the pump develops 26.5 m of head at 15 m³/h with a maximum flow of 1833.3 L/Min. The 125 mm threaded discharge port includes an integrated non-return valve to help limit backflow during motor shutdown. Performance is presented according to ISO 9906:2012 Grade 3B tolerances.
AISI 304 stainless steel forms the pump casing, enclosing the hydraulic section which incorporates a semi-axial flow impeller trimmed to 143 mm. The assembly weighs 68.9 kg with sand handling capability up to 100 g/m³ at liquid temperatures reaching 25°C. Motor cooling relies on heat transfer to the surrounding pumped water during continuous operation.
Class F insulation and IP68-rated enclosure permit immersion to 350 m depth. The L6W55 motor incorporates water-lubricated thrust bearings and EPDM guide bearings. NEMA-compliant flange mounting and dual cable covers maintain the 198 mm diameter for 8-inch well compatibility. Horizontal operation requires a minimum 3-degree inclination for proper motor cooling.
