Product Overview
High-volume clean water supply for industrial sectors is the primary application for the Z895-01-3S multistage submersible unit. This model features a 316 Stainless Steel motor configuration for enhanced resistance and is part of the Lowara Z895 range. It is designed for vertical well installation or horizontal deployment in reservoirs where a minimum 3-degree inclination is maintained to ensure motor lubrication.
Manufactured from cast 304 Stainless Steel, the housing and diffusers provide the necessary rigidity for deep-well duty. The semi-axial flow impeller geometry handles water containing sand concentrations reaching 100 g/m³ without loss of integrity. The total electric pump weight is 72.9 kg and the assembly is rated for liquids up to 25°C.
The 7.5 kW motor operates on a 415v supply with a rated current of 17 Amps for borehole service. It achieves a maximum total head of 26.9 m and a maximum flow rate of 2300 L/Min while rotating at 2900 rpm. These specifications allow for dedicated hydrotherapy distribution, circulation loops, and pressure maintenance infrastructure in large-scale facilities.
Thermal protection includes Class F insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for deep borehole deployment. The system supports installation depths up to 350 meters and utilizes double mechanical seals for shaft containment. Internal tolerances are managed by technopolymer POM-C wear rings and EPDM bearing bushes which support the duplex stainless steel shaft during continuous operation.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Can the Lowara Z895 01 3S handle dirty or gritty bore water?
The pump is designed for the documented sand/particle conditions; do not exceed the manufacturer's stated limits. The impellers are built from heavy-duty materials designed to resist abrasion and sediment wear.
Can I run the Lowara Z895/01/3S off a farm generator or solar inverter?
Yes, as long as your generator matches its 7.5 kW / 415v requirement. It's built for continuous duty on 415V three-phase or standard rural power setups.
Is the Lowara Z895_01_3S safe to use in mineral-heavy or salty groundwater?
The pump uses stainless-steel wetted components; suitability for saline or aggressive water should be confirmed against the manufacturer's liquid-compatibility limits.
What pipe size connects to the Lowara Z895-01-3S discharge port?
