Product Overview
Consistent extraction of groundwater for municipal and farming sectors is provided by the Z895-02/2B-3 submersible multistage pump. Specified for the Z895 series, this unit offers high-volume fluid optimization for water supply systems needing pressure maintenance. It is suitable for vertical installation in borehole wells or horizontal deployment provided the motor is situated at the lowest point.
Cast 304 Stainless Steel is utilized for the delivery head, suction support, and diffusers to manage aggregated mechanical stress. The hydraulic configuration uses two reduced diameter impellers to process clean water containing suspended sand content up to 100 g/m³. The pump assembly weighs 90.2 kg and is rated for operating temperatures up to 25°C.
Performance is driven by an 11 kW motor operating on a 415v supply with a rated current of 24.2 Amps. This two-stage model achieves a maximum total head of 38.4 m and a maximum flow rate of 1966.7 L/Min. These metrics enable robust lifting for large-scale agricultural irrigation networks and industrial water distribution projects from underground aquifers.
Safety containment is provided by Class F motor insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for submerged service. The assembly supports installation depths reaching 350 meters and features double mechanical shaft seals housed in an oil chamber. Internal wear rings manufactured from POM-C and EPDM 70 bearing bushes support the duplex shaft to maintain hydraulic clearances during rotation.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Is the Lowara Z895_02_2B_3 safe to use in mineral-heavy or salty groundwater?
The pump uses stainless-steel wetted components; suitability for saline or aggressive water should be confirmed against the manufacturer's liquid-compatibility limits.
