Product Overview
Large-scale agricultural irrigation and municipal distribution projects utilize the Z895-02-3 multistage submersible pump. Part of the Lowara Z895 range, this model provides high-volume lifting for groundwater distribution and pressure maintenance loops. The unit supports vertical installation in deep borehole wells or horizontal mounting in reservoirs provided the motor remains at the lowest position.
Constructed from cast 304 Stainless Steel, the hydraulic housing and suction support provide rigidity for industrial duty. The two full-diameter semi-axial impellers process clean water containing suspended sand content reaching 100 g/m³. The assembly weighs 102.2 kg and is specified for liquids with a maximum temperature of 25°C to support operational service life.
A 15 kW motor powers the unit on a 415v supply with a rated current of 32.1 Amps for borehole service. It achieves a maximum total head of 53.8 m and a maximum flow rate of 2300 L/Min while rotating at 2900 rpm. These performance parameters facilitate intensive clean water distribution and dedicated fluid optimization in hydrotherapy and industrial cooling systems.
Safety containment includes Class F motor insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for submerged duty in aquifers. The pump allows for installation depths reaching 350 meters and features double mechanical seals for shaft containment. Internal wear rings manufactured from technopolymer POM-C and EPDM bearing bushes support the duplex shaft assembly and maintain clearances.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Can I run the Lowara Z895/02/3 off a farm generator or solar inverter?
Yes, as long as your generator matches its 15 kW / 415v requirement. It's built for continuous duty on 415V three-phase or standard rural power setups.
Is the Lowara Z895_02_3 safe to use in mineral-heavy or salty groundwater?
The pump uses stainless-steel wetted components; suitability for saline or aggressive water should be confirmed against the manufacturer's liquid-compatibility limits.
