Manufactured from cast 304 Stainless Steel, the hydraulic housing and suction casing handle aggregated mechanical stress during operation. The three-stage configuration uses one reduced diameter impeller designed to process liquids containing suspended sand up to 100 g/m³. The unit weighs 122.4 kg and operates in liquids reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C.
Performance metrics are driven by a 22 kW motor operating on a 415v supply with a rated current of 47.3 Amps for deep-well duty. It achieves a maximum total head of 76.6 m and a maximum flow rate of 1966.7 L/Min through a semi-axial hydraulic arrangement. These capacities enable dedicated fluid optimization for municipal water supply systems and high-flow clean water transfer.
Thermal protection features Class F insulation and an IP68 rating for deep borehole service. The pump supports installation depths up to 350 meters and features double mechanical shaft seals housed in an oil chamber for containment. Internal technopolymer POM-C wear rings and EPDM 70 bearing bushes maintain precise hydraulic clearances and support the duplex shaft assembly.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Is the Lowara Z895_03_1A_3S safe to use in mineral-heavy or salty groundwater?
The pump uses stainless-steel wetted components; suitability for saline or aggressive water should be confirmed against the manufacturer's liquid-compatibility limits.
