Product Overview
Industrial lifting operations and municipal water supply infrastructure utilize the Z895-03/2B-3 multistage submersible pump. As part of the Z895 range, this model provides consistent fluid distribution for high-volume distribution networks and agricultural sectors. It supports vertical installation in borehole wells or horizontal deployment in storage systems provided motor immersion is maintained.
Constructed from cast 304 Stainless Steel, the housing and suction casing handle the mechanical loads of deep-well duty. The three-stage hydraulic end includes two reduced diameter impellers and processes water with sand concentrations reaching 100 g/m³. The electric pump weighs 119.4 kg and is specified for liquids at a maximum temperature of 25°C.
An 18.5 kW motor powers the unit on a 415v supply with a rated current of 38.5 Amps for borehole service. It achieves a maximum total head of 64.8 m and a maximum flow rate of 1966.7 L/Min through a semi-axial hydraulic configuration. These specifications enable robust lifting from deep underground aquifers to support surface distribution and irrigation projects.
Motor protection is ensured by Class F insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for deep borehole duty cycles. The unit allows for installation depths up to 350 meters and features double mechanical shaft seals for containment. Internal tolerances are managed by technopolymer POM-C wear rings and EPDM bearing bushes which support the duplex stainless steel shaft during rotation.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

How many sprinklers can the Lowara Z895-03-2B-3 run at the same time?
With a peak flow of 1966 L/Min, it delivers plenty of volume to run large farm irrigators or multiple garden sprinkler lines simultaneously.
What happens if my bore water level drops below the Lowara Z895_03_2B_3?
Motor protection depends on the compatible motor and control equipment selected for the pump. Appropriate overload and dry-run protection should be provided during installation. To prevent dry running, connect it to bore level probes or a controller to turn off automatically if water drops.
How much maintenance does the Lowara Z895-03/2B-3 need?
Virtually none. The sealed bearings and shaft seals are lubricated for life, giving you years of trouble-free daily pumping.
