Product Overview
Rural water supply systems and high-volume distribution networks utilize the Z895-04/2A-3 submersible multistage pump for clean groundwater management. Part of the Z895 range, this unit offers pressure maintenance infrastructure and dedicated hydrotherapy distribution. It is suitable for vertical installation in deep wells or horizontal deployment in tanks provided motor immersion is maintained.
Constructed from cast 304 Stainless Steel, the delivery head and suction support handle the aggregated mechanical stress of intensive lifting. The hydraulic configuration uses four stages with two reduced diameter impellers to process water containing sand up to 100 g/m³. The pump weighs 143.6 kg and is rated for operating temperatures reaching a maximum of 25°C.
A 30 kW motor powers the hydraulic assembly on a 415v supply with a rated current of 63.8 Amps. The pump achieves a maximum total head of 99.4 m and a maximum flow rate of 1966.7 L/Min at a speed of 2900 rpm. These performance parameters enable robust lifting from underground aquifers to support surface distribution systems and irrigation sectors.
Safety protection includes Class F insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for continuous submerged duty. The assembly supports installation depths up to 350 meters and features double mechanical shaft seals housed in an oil chamber. Internal wear rings manufactured from POM-C and EPDM 70 bearing bushes provide precise hydraulic clearances and support the duplex shaft assembly.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
