Product Overview
Pressure distribution for large complexes and municipal water systems is facilitated by the Z895-04/2A-3S multistage submersible pump. This model features a 316 Stainless Steel motor and is part of the Z895 series, offering high-volume extraction from aquifers. It allows for vertical installation in borehole wells or horizontal deployment in storage systems where motor immersion is ensured.
Manufactured from cast 304 Stainless Steel, the diffusers and suction casing handle aggregated structural loads during service. The four-stage hydraulic end includes two reduced diameter impellers designed to process liquids containing suspended sand up to 100 g/m³. The unit weighs 143.6 kg and operates in liquids reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C.
Performance metrics are driven by a 30 kW motor operating on a 415v supply with a rated current of 63.8 Amps for borehole duty. It achieves a maximum total head of 99.4 m and a maximum flow rate of 1966.7 L/Min through a semi-axial hydraulic arrangement. These capacities support dedicated groundwater management for recreational complexes and industrial cooling loops.
Thermal protection features Class F insulation and an IP68 rating for submerged duty in borehole environments. The pump supports installation depths reaching 350 meters and features double mechanical shaft seals for containment. Internal technopolymer POM-C wear rings and EPDM 70 bearing bushes maintain precise hydraulic clearances and support the duplex stainless steel shaft.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

What happens if my bore water level drops below the Lowara Z895_04_2A_3S?
Motor protection depends on the compatible motor and control equipment selected for the pump. Appropriate overload and dry-run protection should be provided during installation. To prevent dry running, connect it to bore level probes or a controller to turn off automatically if water drops.

Virtually none. The sealed bearings and shaft seals are lubricated for life, giving you years of trouble-free daily pumping.
