Borehole lifting for municipal distribution and consistent fluid optimization utilizes the Z895-04/2B-3 multistage submersible electric pump. Part of the Z895 range, this model provides high-volume lifting for dedicated hydrotherapy distribution and irrigation loops. It is suitable for vertical installation in wells or horizontal deployment in tanks where the motor is situated at the lowest point.
Constructed from cast 304 Stainless Steel, the delivery head and suction support handle the mechanical stress of borehole extraction. The four-stage hydraulic configuration includes two reduced diameter impellers to process water containing suspended sand content reaching 100 g/m³. The pump unit weighs 140.6 kg and is specified for liquids up to a maximum temperature of 25°C.
A 30 kW motor powers the hydraulic assembly on a 415v supply with a rated current of 63.8 Amps. The unit achieves a maximum total head of 92.1 m and a maximum flow rate of 1966.7 L/Min through a semi-axial flow arrangement. These performance values support intensive water lifting and pressure maintenance infrastructure in large residential or industrial complexes.
Motor protection features Class F insulation with an IP68 enclosure rating for deep-well submerged duty. The pump supports installation depths reaching 350 meters and incorporates double mechanical seals for shaft containment. Internal technopolymer POM-C wear rings and EPDM bearing bushes maintain hydraulic clearances and support the duplex stainless steel shaft assembly.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
