Product Overview
Agricultural supply infrastructure and municipal distribution projects utilize the Z895-05/3A-3S multistage submersible pump for high-capacity extraction. This model incorporates a 316 Stainless Steel motor configuration and belongs to the Z895 manufacturer series. It is designed for vertical borehole installation or horizontal deployment in pressure tanks provided motor immersion is maintained.
Manufactured from cast 304 Stainless Steel, the housing and suction support provide the necessary rigidity for borehole duty cycles. The internal hydraulic end features five stages with three reduced diameter impellers to process clean water with sand content up to 100 g/m³. The electric pump weighs 168.9 kg and is rated for liquids reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C.
The 37 kW motor operates on a 415v supply with a rated current of 81.8 Amps for borehole service. It achieves a maximum total head of 122.2 m and a maximum flow rate of 1966.7 L/Min at a speed of 2900 rpm. These capacities enable dedicated groundwater management for recreational complexes and industrial pressure maintenance infrastructure.
Thermal protection includes Class F insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for submerged duty in borehole environments. The unit supports installation depths up to 350 meters and features double mechanical seals for shaft containment. Internal tolerances are managed by POM-C technopolymer wear rings and EPDM 70 bearing bushes which support the duplex shaft during continuous operation.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Can I install the Lowara Z895 05 3A 3S horizontally inside a water tank?
Horizontal installation may be permitted where the manufacturer's installation requirements are met, including the required inclination and adequate motor cooling.
How many sprinklers can the Lowara Z895-05-3A-3S run at the same time?
With a peak flow of 1966 L/Min, it delivers plenty of volume to run large farm irrigators or multiple garden sprinkler lines simultaneously.
What happens if my bore water level drops below the Lowara Z895_05_3A_3S?
Motor protection depends on the compatible motor and control equipment selected for the pump. Appropriate overload and dry-run protection should be provided during installation. To prevent dry running, connect it to bore level probes or a controller to turn off automatically if water drops.
How much maintenance does the Lowara Z895-05/3A-3S need?
Virtually none. The sealed bearings and shaft seals are lubricated for life, giving you years of trouble-free daily pumping.
