Product Overview
Municipal extraction and high-capacity fluid optimization tasks utilize the Z895-05-3S multistage submersible pump for clean water distribution. This model features a 316 Stainless Steel motor configuration and belongs to the Z895 range, offering high-volume lifting for aquifers. It is designed for vertical borehole installation or horizontal mounting in reservoirs where motor immersion is ensured.
Manufactured from cast 304 Stainless Steel, the housing and suction support provide the necessary rigidity for deep-well duty. The internal hydraulic end features five stages with semi-axial flow impellers rated for water containing sand content up to 100 g/m³. The unit weighs 168.9 kg and operates in liquids reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C to support service life.
The 37 kW motor operates on a 415v supply with a rated current of 81.8 Amps for industrial service. It achieves a maximum total head of 134.5 m and a maximum flow rate of 2300 L/Min through a semi-axial hydraulic arrangement. These specifications allow for dedicated groundwater management for recreational complexes and industrial pressure maintenance infrastructure.
Safety containment is provided by Class F motor insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for deep borehole duty. The pump supports installation depths reaching 350 meters and features double mechanical seals for shaft containment. Internal tolerances are managed by technopolymer wear rings and EPDM 70 bearing bushes which support the duplex stainless steel shaft assembly.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

How deep can the Lowara Z895-05-3S push water from underground?
With a maximum head of 134.5 m, it easily lifts water from deep bore shafts and pushes it across long pipe runs without losing pressure.
Can the Lowara Z895 05 3S handle dirty or gritty bore water?
The pump is designed for the documented sand/particle conditions; do not exceed the manufacturer's stated limits. The impellers are built from heavy-duty materials designed to resist abrasion and sediment wear.
Can I run the Lowara Z895/05/3S off a farm generator or solar inverter?
Yes, as long as your generator matches its 37 kW / 415v requirement. It's built for continuous duty on 415V three-phase or standard rural power setups.
Is the Lowara Z895_05_3S safe to use in mineral-heavy or salty groundwater?
