Product Overview
For mine dewatering, groundwater lowering and other applications requiring additional hydraulic lift, the ZN612/10 provides a ten-stage radial flow pump end for six-inch submersible installations. Its configuration provides a maximum flow of 275 L/Min for deep-borehole water transfer duties.
The ZN6 pump end is constructed in AISI 316 stainless steel, with AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers fitted with removable wear rings. The rotating shaft is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 and the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. With the standard L6W motor, operating water temperature is limited to 35°C and suspended sand up to 100 g/m³ is permitted.
The ZN612/10 reaches a maximum head of 113 metres and has hydraulic performance specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. Its delivery connection is the standard Rp 2 1/2– (65 mm) threaded port, while the standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection allows coupling with an L6W submersible motor. Maximum immersion depth is 350 metres with L6W motors.
The microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support provide the discharge-end structure, with an integrated stainless steel non-return valve incorporated into the assembly. Safety-hook holes provide the attachment points required for lowering and securing the pump end during deep-well installation.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
What happens if my bore water level drops below the Lowara ZN612_10?
This is a wet-end assembly and does not include a motor. Pair it with a compatible motor and use the motor/controller manufacturer's recommended overload and dry-run protection.
How much maintenance does the Lowara ZN612/10 need?
Virtually none. The sealed bearings and shaft seals are lubricated for life, giving you years of trouble-free daily pumping.
How deep can the Lowara ZN612/10 push water from underground?
With a maximum head of 113 m, it easily lifts water from deep bore shafts and pushes it across long pipe runs without losing pressure.
Can the Lowara ZN612 10 handle dirty or gritty bore water?
The pump is designed for the documented sand/particle conditions; do not exceed the manufacturer's stated limits. The impellers are built from heavy-duty materials designed to resist abrasion and sediment wear.
