For high-pressure groundwater supply and deep-well extraction, the ZN612/11 provides an eleven-stage radial flow pump end designed to deliver increased hydraulic lift within a six-inch borehole installation. The arrangement provides a maximum flow of 275 L/Min.
Following the ZN6 construction specification, the pump end uses AISI 316 stainless steel, with AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers and removable wear rings. The rotating shaft is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 and the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. With an L6W motor, operating water temperature is limited to 35°C, with suspended sand permitted up to 100 g/m³.
The ZN612/11 achieves a maximum head of 124 metres and is specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B for hydraulic performance. The Rp 2 1/2” (65 mm) threaded connection provides the delivery outlet, while the standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection permits coupling with an L6W submersible motor. Maximum immersion depth is 350 metres with L6W motors.
A microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support complete the discharge assembly. The integrated stainless steel non-return valve is incorporated into the head, while safety-hook holes provide a practical attachment point for borehole lowering and installation.
