Product Overview
For high-head groundwater extraction and borehole pumping applications, the ZN612/15 provides a fifteen-stage radial flow pump end for six-inch installations. Its 15-stage hydraulic arrangement provides substantial lift while maintaining a maximum flow of 275 L/Min.
AISI 316 stainless steel forms the pump-end construction, with AISI 316L stainless steel used for the impellers and diffusers. Removable wear rings are incorporated into the hydraulic stages, while the rotating shaft uses Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 and the replaceable coupling uses Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. The standard L6W motor configuration permits suspended sand up to 100 g/m³ and limits operating water temperature to 35°C.
The ZN612/15 reaches a maximum head of 170 metres, with hydraulic performance specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. Water is discharged through the Rp 2 1/2– (65 mm) threaded connection. A standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection allows coupling with an L6W submersible motor, with maximum immersion depth of 350 metres using L6W motors.
At the discharge end, the microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head incorporates an integrated stainless steel non-return valve and safety-hook holes. These features form part of the installation arrangement for lowering and securing the pump end in deep boreholes.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

What pipe size connects to the Lowara ZN612/15 discharge port?
It fits a standard 65 mm outlet connection. Using the right pipe diameter ensures you get the full 275 L/Min discharge flow.
Can I install the Lowara ZN612 15 horizontally inside a water tank?
Horizontal installation may be permitted where the manufacturer's installation requirements are met, including the required inclination and adequate motor cooling.
How many sprinklers can the Lowara ZN612-15 run at the same time?
With a peak flow of 275 L/Min, it delivers plenty of volume to run large farm irrigators or multiple garden sprinkler lines simultaneously.
What happens if my bore water level drops below the Lowara ZN612_15?
This is a wet-end assembly and does not include a motor.
