For dewatering, groundwater supply and agricultural irrigation systems requiring greater hydraulic lift, the ZN612/16 provides a sixteen-stage radial flow pump end for six-inch borehole installations. The additional stages increase the available head while maintaining a maximum flow of 275 L/Min.
The pump end follows the ZN6 AISI 316 stainless steel construction, with AISI 316L stainless steel radial impellers and diffusers fitted with removable wear rings. The rotating shaft uses Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 and the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. With the standard L6W motor, operating water temperature is limited to 35°C and suspended sand up to 100 g/m³ is permitted.
The ZN612/16 reaches a maximum head of 181 metres and has hydraulic performance specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. Its standard Rp 2 1/2” (65 mm) threaded connection serves as the delivery outlet. A standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection permits coupling with an L6W submersible motor, with maximum immersion depth of 350 metres when paired with L6W motors.
The microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support incorporate the integrated stainless steel non-return valve. Pre-drilled safety-hook holes provide for secure attachment during lowering, supporting the pump end through borehole installation.
