    Pairs well with

For deep aquifer extraction, agricultural irrigation and mine dewatering systems requiring substantial hydraulic lift, the ZN612/19 provides a nineteen-stage radial flow pump end for six-inch installations. Its nineteen-stage arrangement is intended for high-lift groundwater applications and provides a maximum flow of 275 L/Min.

The ZN6 pump end uses AISI 316 stainless steel construction, with AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers fitted with removable wear rings. A Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 shaft forms the rotating assembly, while the replaceable coupling uses Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. The standard L6W motor configuration permits suspended sand up to 100 g/m³ and limits operating water temperature to 35°C.

Maximum head reaches 215 metres, with hydraulic performance specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. The standard Rp 2 1/2” (65 mm) threaded connection provides the delivery outlet, and the standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection allows coupling with an L6W submersible motor. Maximum immersion depth is 350 metres with L6W motors.

The discharge assembly uses a microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support with an integrated stainless steel non-return valve. Safety-hook holes are included for attachment during deep-well installation, providing the specified means of securing the pump end during lowering.

    FEATURES
    • The nineteen radial stages provide the substantial hydraulic lift required for deep groundwater extraction.
    • Removable wear rings allow the hydraulic clearances to remain serviceable during maintenance.
    • AISI 316L impellers and diffusers provide the specified stainless-steel hydraulic construction.
    • The Duplex UNS S 31803 shaft provides the specified rotating-shaft material.
    • The replaceable Duplex UNS S 32304 coupling supports the specified motor connection arrangement.
    • AISI 316L external tie rods continue the stainless-steel construction around the pump end.
    • The microcast discharge head incorporates the integrated stainless steel non-return valve and lower support.
