The Lowara ZN612/21-3N delivers 238.7 metres of shut-off head, featuring a 6-inch AISI 316 stainless steel wet end with radial flow impeller design. Its microcast stainless steel construction provides durability for demanding borehole applications.
The material and design features contribute directly to reliable operation. AISI 316 stainless steel resists corrosion from aggressive water chemistry, protecting internal components over extended periods. The stainless steel impeller with removable wear ring handles suspended solids up to 100 grams per cubic metre, while the integrated suction strainer protects internal clearances. The replaceable coupling simplifies maintenance, reducing downtime.
Driven by an 11 kW three-phase motor at 415V, the pump draws 24.2 Amps and delivers 275 L/Min maximum flow. Shut-off head reaches 238.7 metres, with the 65 mm discharge port connecting to standard pipework. Performance complies with EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B tolerances.
Immersion depths up to 350 metres are supported by Class F insulation and IP68 enclosure rating. The Duplex stainless steel shaft, AISI 316L tie rods, and NEMA-compatible coupling ensure long-term reliability. The unit meets ErP ecodesign requirements.
