For high-head deep-well pumping, commercial pressure systems and groundwater extraction, the ZN612/23 provides a twenty-three-stage radial flow pump end for six-inch installations. Its stage configuration provides substantial hydraulic lift while maintaining a maximum flow of 275 L/Min.
The ZN6 pump end is manufactured in AISI 316 stainless steel, with AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers incorporating removable wear rings. The rotating shaft uses Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 and the replaceable coupling uses Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. When paired with the standard L6W motor, operating water temperature is limited to 35°C and suspended sand up to 100 g/m³ is permitted.
The ZN612/23 reaches a maximum head of 261 metres, with hydraulic performance specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. Delivery is through the standard Rp 2 1/2” (65 mm) threaded connection, while the standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection allows coupling with an L6W submersible motor. Maximum immersion depth is 350 metres with L6W motors.
A microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support complete the discharge assembly. The integrated stainless steel non-return valve is incorporated into the head, while safety-hook holes provide attachment points for lowering and securing the pump end during installation.
