Product Overview
For high-head deep-well pumping, commercial pressure systems and groundwater extraction, the ZN612/23 provides a twenty-three-stage radial flow pump end for six-inch installations. Its stage configuration provides substantial hydraulic lift while maintaining a maximum flow of 275 L/Min.
The ZN6 pump end is manufactured in AISI 316 stainless steel, with AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers incorporating removable wear rings. The rotating shaft uses Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 and the replaceable coupling uses Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. When paired with the standard L6W motor, operating water temperature is limited to 35°C and suspended sand up to 100 g/m³ is permitted.
The ZN612/23 reaches a maximum head of 261 metres, with hydraulic performance specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. Delivery is through the standard Rp 2 1/2– (65 mm) threaded connection, while the standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection allows coupling with an L6W submersible motor. Maximum immersion depth is 350 metres with L6W motors.
A microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support complete the discharge assembly. The integrated stainless steel non-return valve is incorporated into the head, while safety-hook holes provide attachment points for lowering and securing the pump end during installation.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Is the Lowara ZN612_23 safe to use in mineral-heavy or salty groundwater?
The pump uses stainless-steel wetted components; suitability for saline or aggressive water should be confirmed against the manufacturer's liquid-compatibility limits.
What pipe size connects to the Lowara ZN612/23 discharge port?
It fits a standard 65 mm outlet connection. Using the right pipe diameter ensures you get the full 275 L/Min discharge flow.
Can I install the Lowara ZN612 23 horizontally inside a water tank?
Horizontal installation may be permitted where the manufacturer's installation requirements are met, including the required inclination and adequate motor cooling.
How many sprinklers can the Lowara ZN612-23 run at the same time?
With a peak flow of 275 L/Min, it delivers plenty of volume to run large farm irrigators or multiple garden sprinkler lines simultaneously.
