Product Overview
For groundwater supply and commercial water distribution systems requiring very high hydraulic lift, the ZN612/24 provides a twenty-four-stage radial flow pump end for six-inch deep-borehole installations. Its high stage count provides the hydraulic lift required for demanding groundwater applications while maintaining a maximum flow of 275 L/Min.
AISI 316 stainless steel forms the ZN6 pump-end construction, with AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers and removable wear rings. The rotating shaft uses Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803, while the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. With the standard L6W motor, operating water temperature is limited to 35°C and suspended sand up to 100 g/m³ is permitted.
The ZN612/24 achieves a maximum head of 273 metres and is specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B for hydraulic performance. The Rp 2 1/2– (65 mm) threaded connection provides the delivery outlet, while a standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection permits coupling with an L6W submersible motor. Maximum immersion depth is 350 metres with L6W motors.
The microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support incorporate the integrated stainless steel non-return valve. Pre-drilled holes for safety-hook attachment provide the specified installation provision for lowering and securing the pump end in deep-well applications.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Can I install the Lowara ZN612 24 horizontally inside a water tank?
Horizontal installation may be permitted where the manufacturer's installation requirements are met, including the required inclination and adequate motor cooling.
How many sprinklers can the Lowara ZN612-24 run at the same time?
With a peak flow of 275 L/Min, it delivers plenty of volume to run large farm irrigators or multiple garden sprinkler lines simultaneously.
What happens if my bore water level drops below the Lowara ZN612_24?
This is a wet-end assembly and does not include a motor. Pair it with a compatible motor and use the motor/controller manufacturer's recommended overload and dry-run protection.
How much maintenance does the Lowara ZN612/24 need?
Virtually none. The sealed bearings and shaft seals are lubricated for life, giving you years of trouble-free daily pumping.
