Product Overview

For very deep borehole installations requiring exceptionally high hydraulic lift, the ZN612/32 provides a thirty-two-stage radial flow pump end within the six-inch ZN6 range. Its extensive stage arrangement is intended for deep-well groundwater extraction and provides a maximum flow of 275 L/Min.

The pump end uses AISI 316 stainless steel construction, with AISI 316L stainless steel impellers and diffusers incorporating removable wear rings. The rotating shaft is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803, while the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. With the standard L6W motor, operating water temperature is limited to 35°C and suspended sand up to 100 g/m³ is permitted.

The ZN612/32 achieves a maximum head of 367 metres, with hydraulic performance specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. The standard Rp 2 1/2– (65 mm) threaded connection provides the delivery outlet, while the standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection permits coupling with an L6W submersible motor. Maximum immersion depth is 350 metres with L6W motors.

The discharge arrangement uses a microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support with an integrated stainless steel non-return valve. Safety-hook holes are incorporated into the discharge head to support lowering and securing the pump end during deep-well installation.

FEATURES

  • The thirty-two-stage radial configuration provides the substantial hydraulic lift required for very deep borehole installations.
  • Removable wear rings make the hydraulic clearances serviceable through maintenance.
  • AISI 316L impellers and diffusers provide the specified stainless-steel construction across the radial stages.
  • The Duplex UNS S 31803 shaft provides the specified rotating assembly material.
  • The replaceable Duplex UNS S 32304 coupling provides the specified coupling construction.
  • AISI 316L tie rods and cable guard extend the stainless-steel construction around the pump end.
  • The ASTM CF-8M microcast discharge head incorporates the lower support and integrated stainless steel non-return valve.

* Submersible motor sold separately - requires coupling and assembly

How deep can the Lowara ZN612/32 push water from underground?

With a maximum head of 367 m, it easily lifts water from deep bore shafts and pushes it across long pipe runs without losing pressure.

Can the Lowara ZN612 32 handle dirty or gritty bore water?

The pump is designed for the documented sand/particle conditions; do not exceed the manufacturer's stated limits. The impellers are built from heavy-duty materials designed to resist abrasion and sediment wear.

Can I run the Lowara ZN612-32 off a farm generator or solar inverter?

Yes, as long as your generator matches its Continuous-Duty Electric Motor requirement. It's built for continuous duty on 415V three-phase or standard rural power setups.

Is the Lowara ZN612_32 safe to use in mineral-heavy or salty groundwater?

The pump uses stainless-steel wetted components; suitability for saline or aggressive water should be confirmed against the manufacturer's liquid-compatibility limits.
