Where pressure boosting requires higher borehole lift, the ZN616/10 provides ten radial stages within a six-inch pump-end configuration. Its maximum head is 123 metres, while the hydraulic capacity remains 367 L/Min.
The pump end uses AISI 316 stainless steel, with AISI 316L impellers and diffusers fitted with removable wear rings. The shaft is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 and the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. The wet end is specified for suspended sand up to 100 g/m³.
With an L6W motor, operating water temperature is limited to 35°C. Performance is specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B, with water delivered through the Rp 2 1/2” (65 mm) threaded outlet. The standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection accommodates the L6W motor, with maximum immersion of 350 metres.
A microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support form the discharge assembly. The integrated stainless steel non-return valve provides backflow control, while safety-hook holes assist with borehole installation.
FEATURES* Submersible motor sold separately - requires coupling and assembly
