Deep borehole extraction requiring greater hydraulic lift can be handled by the ZN616/17, a seventeen-stage radial flow pump end with a maximum head of 209 metres. Despite the increased stage count, the wet end retains a maximum flow of 367 L/Min.
The ZN6 construction uses AISI 316 stainless steel, with AISI 316L impellers and diffusers incorporating removable wear rings. The shaft is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 and the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. Suspended sand concentrations up to 100 g/m³ are permitted.
The standard L6W motor configuration limits water temperature to 35°C. Performance is specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B, with the Rp 2 1/2” (65 mm) threaded connection providing discharge. The standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection is used, and maximum immersion is 350 metres with an L6W motor.
The microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support include the integrated stainless steel non-return valve. Safety-hook holes are provided for borehole lowering and securing.
FEATURES* Submersible motor sold separately - requires coupling and assembly
