For high-volume irrigation from six-inch boreholes, the ZN616/6 provides a six-stage radial flow wet end with a maximum flow of 367 L/Min and a maximum head of 73 metres. Its configuration is intended for installations where substantial water volume and moderate hydraulic lift are required.
The pump end is manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel. Its AISI 316L impellers and diffusers incorporate removable wear rings, while the rotating shaft is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 31803 and the replaceable coupling is Duplex stainless steel UNS S 32304. Suspended sand up to 100 g/m³ is permitted.
The standard L6W motor configuration limits operating water temperature to 35°C. Hydraulic performance is specified to EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B. Water exits through the Rp 2 1/2” (65 mm) threaded connection, with a standard 6-inch NEMA motor connection. Maximum immersion depth is 350 metres when used with an L6W motor.
The microcast ASTM CF-8M (AISI 316 cast) discharge head and lower support incorporate an integrated stainless steel non-return valve. Safety-hook holes provide the necessary attachment points for borehole installation.
FEATURES* Submersible motor sold separately - requires coupling and assembly
