Product Overview
Corrosion resistance is central to the construction of the ZN622/11-3, which combines a 316 stainless steel wet end with multistage performance for deep well water supply. Technical configuration supports submerged service in 6-inch boreholes to maintain a consistent pressurized supply for high-volume distribution networks. This model handles clean water containing sand concentrations up to 100 g/m³ in wells or reservoirs for civil and industrial usage.
Constructed from AISI 316 Stainless Steel, the housing surrounds internal components designed for immersion in aggressive groundwater. The radial centrifugal impeller, manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel, processes solids up to 2 mm. The unit weighs 76 kg and operates in liquids from -10°C to 60°C. Every wetted internal surface features corrosion-resistant alloys for use in high-temperature fluid handling applications.
The 11 kW motor operates on a 415v supply with a rated current of 23.1 Amps. The pump achieves a maximum head of 148.1 m and a maximum flow of 500 L/Min through a 65 mm discharge outlet. Multistage radial hydraulics provide efficient water delivery throughout the operating range. Connection is made through Rp 2 1/2-inch threads on the microcast head designed for system integration.
The pump features a duplex stainless steel shaft protected by shaft sleeves and tungsten carbide bushings. An integrated stainless steel non-return valve prevents backflow, while removable wear rings simplify servicing. The assembly supports installation depths up to 350 meters with compatible 6-inch L6W motors. Discharge ports include holes for safety hook attachment during installation in deep borehole environments.

All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
