Product Overview
Reliable operation in high-volume borehole water supply duties is achieved through the multistage design of the ZN622/12-3N, featuring a full 316 stainless steel configuration. Specified for submerged service in 6-inch boreholes, the unit manages clean water transfer where sand particles do not exceed 100 g/m³ in reservoirs or deep sources. The assembly maintains a consistent source for industrial distribution and pressurized supply networks across agricultural sectors.
Constructed from AISI 316 Stainless Steel, the housing surrounds internal components designed for immersion in corrosive groundwater. The radial centrifugal impeller, manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel, processes solids up to 2 mm in the fluid stream. The unit weighs 78 kg and operates in liquids from -10°C to 60°C. Every wetted internal surface features corrosion-resistant alloys to maintain stable hydraulic behavior during continuous pumping cycles.
The 11 kW motor operates on a 415v supply with a rated current of 23.1 Amps. The pump achieves a maximum head of 161.6 m and a maximum flow of 500 L/Min through a 65 mm discharge outlet. Multistage radial hydraulics provide efficient water delivery throughout the operating range. Connection is made through Rp 2 1/2-inch threads on the microcast head for integration into system piping.
The pump features a duplex stainless steel shaft protected by shaft sleeves and tungsten carbide bushings. An integrated stainless steel non-return valve prevents backflow, while removable wear rings simplify servicing. The assembly supports installation depths up to 350 meters with compatible 6-inch L6C motors. Discharge ports include microcast holes for safety hook attachment to facilitate secure installation in borehole environments.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
