Product Overview
Supplying high-volume agricultural irrigation from deep underground wells defines the operational profile for the ZN622/31-3N, which features full 316 stainless steel construction. Configuration supports permanent vertical installation in 6-inch boreholes to maintain a steady pressurized source for agricultural distribution and pressurized municipal networks. The unit handles clean fluids containing suspended sand concentrations up to 100 g/m³ while maintain stable hydraulic behavior in corrosive sites.
Constructed from AISI 316 Stainless Steel, the housing surrounds internal components designed for aggressive groundwater conditions. The radial centrifugal impeller, manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel, processes solids up to 2 mm in the fluid stream. The unit weighs 158 kg and operates in liquids from -10°C to 60°C. Every wetted internal surface features corrosion-resistant alloys for use in high-temperature fluid handling applications.
The 30 kW motor operates on a 415v supply with a rated current of 61.7 Amps. The pump achieves a maximum head of 414.6 m and a maximum flow of 500 L/Min through a 65 mm discharge outlet. Multistage radial hydraulics provide efficient water delivery throughout the operating range. Connection to the network is via Rp 2 1/2-inch threads located on the microcast discharge head.
The pump features a duplex stainless steel shaft protected by shaft sleeves and tungsten carbide bushings. An integrated stainless steel non-return valve prevents backflow, while removable wear rings simplify servicing. The assembly supports installation depths reaching 350 meters with compatible 6-inch motors. Discharge ports include holes for safety hook attachment to ensure secure placement in deep borehole sites.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
