The impeller incorporates a removable wear ring for maintenance access. The integrated non-return valve prevents water column reversal during shutdown. The suction strainer limits suspended sand to 100 grams per cubic metre, preserving internal clearances.
Powered by an 18.5 kW three-phase motor at 415V, the pump draws 38.5 Amps and achieves 118.2 metres of shut-off head. Flow capacity is 1300 L/Min through the 80 mm discharge port. Performance complies with EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B tolerances for consistent hydraulic output.
Class F insulation with IP68 rating supports immersion to 350 metres. The Duplex stainless steel shaft and AISI 316L tie rods provide mechanical durability. NEMA motor coupling simplifies assembly, and safety hook holes on the discharge head facilitate installation.
