Product Overview
High-volume municipal waterworks and agricultural irrigation networks demand pumps that sustain performance under continuous load. The Lowara ZN660/17-3N delivers 1300 L/Min from its 6-inch wet end with 6-inch motor and NEMA coupling, providing reliable water transfer for city supply systems and large-scale farming operations. Its radial flow hydraulic design ensures efficient energy transfer across the operating range.
Corrosion resistance is achieved through AISI 316 stainless steel across all wetted surfaces, protecting against aggressive groundwater and abrasive wear. The impeller incorporates a removable wear ring for maintenance access. The integrated non-return valve prevents water column reversal during shutdown. The suction strainer limits suspended sand to 100 grams per cubic metre, preserving internal clearances.
Powered by a 26 kW three-phase motor at 415V, the pump draws 56.5 Amps and achieves 181.8 metres of shut-off head. Flow capacity is 1300 L/Min through the 80 mm discharge port. Performance complies with EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B tolerances for consistent hydraulic output.
Class F insulation with IP68 rating supports immersion to 350 metres. The Duplex stainless steel shaft and AISI 316L tie rods provide mechanical durability. NEMA motor coupling simplifies assembly, and safety hook holes on the discharge head facilitate installation.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
