The semi-axial flow design is optimized for high delivery efficiency through its its 125 mm discharge outlet. Wetted parts such as the delivery casing, suction support, and internal diffusers are constructed from cast AISI 316 Stainless Steel. The motor is also made of 316 Stainless Steel and is rated for operation in liquids at temperatures up to 25°C. The system handles water with suspended sand concentrations reaching 100 g/m³ through the use of technopolymer POM-C wear rings. A duplex stainless steel shaft is used to transmit power to the hydraulic stages.
Immersion depth for this electric pump is rated to a maximum of 350 meters to suit deep borehole extraction needs. The overall diameter is 198 mm including motor cable covers, making it compatible with standard 8-inch borehole well casings. A built-in non-return valve with a stainless steel spring protects the internal components from backflow during shutdown. Internal clearance is managed by EPDM 70 bearing bushes supporting the shaft assembly during industrial service.
