Lowara ZN855-02-3S Stainless Steel 9.3kW Deep Well 8" Submersible Bore Pump with Semi-Axial Flow Impeller

Operating environment requirements for high volume and pressure distribution are met by this two-stage 8-inch series submersible pump. It is intended for borehole extraction where multiple consumption points must be supplied from a single deep-well source. The assembly is compatible with vertical installations or horizontal mounting in distribution systems with a 3-degree minimum incline. This model provides the necessary lift and flow for large residential complexes or municipal networks.

Hydraulic operating characteristics for this configuration include a maximum head of 53.9 m and a maximum flow of 1333 L/Min via the 125 mm discharge outlet. Equipped with an 11 kW motor for 415v three-phase power, the unit draws a rated current of 24.2 Amps during operation. The semi-axial flow design achieves high delivery efficiency for municipal and industrial water distribution tasks. Performance parameters are based on standard water density of 1.0 kg/dm³.

Primary components such as the impellers, diffusers, and suction casing are made of cast AISI 316 Stainless Steel to handle aggressive media. The motor is also constructed from 316 Stainless Steel and is rated for contact with liquids up to 25°C. The system handles water with suspended sand levels of 100 g/m³ through its two-stage hydraulic arrangement. A duplex stainless steel shaft and coupling are used to transmit power during rotation at 2900 rpm.

The electric pump is rated for immersion depths up to 350 meters and includes an integrated non-return valve to prevent fluid backflow. The unit's overall diameter is 198 mm including motor cable covers, fitting within standard 8-inch borehole casings. Internal clearances are maintained by technopolymer POM-C wear rings and EPDM 70 bearing bushes supporting the duplex shaft assembly. This design is intended for continuous industrial and municipal duty where large flow potential is required.
