Product Overview
Material construction using cast stainless steel characterises this six-stage 8-inch series submersible electric pump intended for large lift tasks. It provides a solution for moving large volumes of groundwater from deep boreholes to surface networks or storage facilities. The unit is compatible with vertical borehole installations and horizontal deployment provided the motor remains at the lowest position. This model serves as an efficient tool for industrial projects and municipal distribution infrastructure.
Operating parameters include a maximum head of 161.7 m and a peak flow capacity of 1333 L/Min through its its 125 mm discharge outlet. Power is supplied by a 30 kW motor drawing 63.8 Amps of rated current from a 415v three-phase electrical supply. Efficiency is achieved at a rotation speed of 2900 rpm through precisely engineered hydraulic geometry designed for large-volume lifting. Performance data is verified based on clean water with standard kinematic viscosity.
The structure is fabricated from cast AISI 316 Stainless Steel for the wetted components including the impellers, diffusers, and delivery casing. This variant is equipped with a Duplex Stainless Steel motor, providing resistance in aggressive water conditions found in deep well environments. The assembly processes water containing suspended sand concentrations up to 100 g/m³ and is rated for temperatures up to 25°C. The internal duplex stainless steel shaft manages the generated mechanical torque.
The electric pump is rated for immersion depths of 350 meters and maintains a maximum overall diameter of 198 mm including cable covers. A built-in non-return valve with a stainless steel spring is situated in the delivery head to prevent backflow and mechanical surges. Internal wear surfaces are managed by technopolymer POM-C wear rings and EPDM 70 bearing bushes supporting the shaft alignment. This design is intended for continuous industrial and municipal duty in deep wells.
FEATURES
- A stainless steel suction strainer excludes large particles from entering the hydraulic stages.
- The integrated non-return valve features a stainless steel spring to prevent fluid backflow.
- Internal technopolymer POM-C wear rings maintain hydraulic clearances and reduce internal friction.
- EPDM 70 bearing bushes support the pump shaft assembly and handle mechanical loads during rotation.
- A duplex stainless steel taperlock system secures the impellers to the shaft for torque transfer.
- Stainless steel cable covers provide mechanical protection for motor power leads along the casing.
- Mechanical connection of the 8-inch motor follows NEMA standards for industrial system compatibility.

How much three-phase power is drawn by this 30 kW / 415v submersible motor under load?
Amperage draw of the ZN855-06-3R corresponds to its 30 kW / 415v rating when operating on 415V three-phase power.
How does the semi-axial flow design contribute to reaching a max head of 161.7 m?
Semi-axial hydraulic geometry gives the ZN855-06-3R the power to lift water across total dynamic head heights of 161.7 m.
Does this bore pump deliver high volumetric flow suitable for mine dewatering?
Mine dewatering operations utilize the ZN855 06 3R for its high-capacity discharge output reaching 1333 L/Min via a 125 mm port.
How does the stainless material selection resist oxidation in deep aquifer wells?
Oxidation resistance in deep aquifer wells is provided to the ZN855_06_3R by its cast AISI 316 stainless steel hydraulics and a Duplex Stainless Steel motor.
What maximum immersion depth specification highlights the deep-well rating?
Deep aquifer deployment down to 350 m static submergence is a standard design feature of the ZN855-06-3R.
