Lowara ZN855-07/2A-3S Stainless Steel 30kW Deep Well 8" Submersible Bore Pump with Semi-Axial Flow Impeller

Hydraulic design principles utilizing a seven-stage configuration characterize this 8-inch submersible pump intended for industrial lifting. Two reduced impellers are included to match specific lift requirements of borehole sites while maintaining a high flow capacity for the system. The assembly supports vertical borehole installation and horizontal mounting in storage tanks with a 3-degree minimum incline. This model provides the robustness required for municipal networks needing specific groundwater delivery.

Technical characteristics for this model include a maximum head of 177.1 m and a flow capacity of 1216 L/Min through the 125 mm outlet. Electrical specifications feature a 30 kW motor drawing a rated current of 63.8 Amps from a 415v three-phase supply. Efficiency is achieved through a semi-axial hydraulic assembly providing high-efficiency lifting from deep underground sources at 2900 rpm. Wetted parts such as the delivery casing, suction support, and internal diffusers are constructed from cast AISI 316 Stainless Steel. The motor is also constructed from 316 Stainless Steel and is rated for contact with liquids up to 25°C during continuous service. The system processes water with suspended sand levels of 100 g/m³ through its seven-stage configuration. A duplex stainless steel shaft and coupling are used to transmit power to the hydraulic end to manage torque.

The electric pump is rated for immersion depths reaching 350 meters below the surface in deep borehole well environments. Physical dimensions include a 198 mm maximum overall diameter, fitting within standard borehole casings including the dual motor cable protection. A non-return valve with a stainless steel spring is built into the delivery head to prevent fluid backflow. Internal wear is managed by EPDM 70 bearing bushes and technopolymer wear rings supporting the duplex shaft.
