Lowara ZN855-09/2A-3R Stainless Steel 37kW Deep Well 8" Submersible Bore Pump with Semi-Axial Flow Impeller

Hydraulic design principles utilizing nine stages and two reduced impellers characterize this 8-inch range pump for industrial lifting. It serves as an efficient extraction tool for large-scale agricultural projects and municipal distribution networks needing high head potential from reservoirs. The unit is compatible with vertical borehole installations or horizontal deployment provided the motor remains in the lowest position. This model provides robust lifting while maintaining flow capacities from aquifers.

The system achieving a maximum head of 231.1 m and delivery rates up to 1216 L/Min through the 125 mm discharge outlet. Power is supplied by a 37 kW motor drawing 81.8 Amps of rated current from a 415v three-phase electrical supply. Efficiency is achieved through a semi-axial hydraulic arrangement designed for deep borehole service at a rotation speed of 2900 rpm. All performance values are validated for clean water density and kinematic viscosity characteristics.

Wetted parts such as the delivery casing, suction casing, and diffusers are constructed from cast AISI 316 Stainless Steel for material integrity. This variant features a Duplex Stainless Steel motor, providing resistance in aggressive borehole media found in deep wells. The assembly processes water containing suspended sand concentrations up to 100 g/m³ and is rated for temperatures up to 25°C. A duplex stainless steel shaft manages the generated mechanical torque of nine stages.

Operational ratings include a 350-meter maximum immersion depth and a 198 mm maximum overall diameter including motor cable protection covers. A built-in non-return valve with a stainless steel spring is situated in the delivery outlet to protect against backflow and reverse rotation. Internal clearance is managed by technopolymer POM-C wear rings and EPDM 70 bearing bushes supporting the shaft alignment. The pump is designed for continuous duty cycles in municipal infrastructure.
