Aggressive water conditions in industrial pressure boosting and dewatering require pumps with AISI 316 stainless steel throughout. The Lowara ZN875-02/1A-3S features AISI 316 wet end and motor construction, delivering 1700 L/Min with 46.6 metres of head. Its semi-axial hydraulic design suits borehole installations where corrosion resistance is critical.
The entire wet end is constructed from AISI 316 stainless steel for superior corrosion protection. The motor is also manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel. A built-in stainless steel non-return valve with spring closure prevents backflow when the motor stops. EPDM guide bearings and technopolymer POM-C wear rings help reduce friction. Laser-welded stainless steel impellers provide structural integrity.
The 415V three-phase motor draws 24.2 Amps. Flow capacity is 1700 L/Min through the 125 mm discharge outlet. Performance complies with EN ISO 9906 Grade 3B tolerances.
NEMA coupling and flange dimensions simplify motor assembly. Maximum immersion depth is 350 metres. Horizontal installation is possible with a 3-degree minimum inclination. Class F insulation and IP68 enclosure rating protect the motor.
