Product Overview
Groundwater lifting for municipal and agricultural sectors is facilitated by the ZN895-01-3S multistage submersible pump. Part of the Lowara ZN895 series, this model provides high-volume fluid optimization for industrial water distribution tasks. The assembly is suitable for vertical installation in borehole wells or horizontal deployment in storage systems provided motor immersion is maintained.
Manufactured from cast 316 Stainless Steel, the delivery head and suction support provide structural integrity against Aggressive media environments. The semi-axial flow impeller is designed to process liquids containing suspended sand up to 100 g/m³. The unit weighs 72.9 kg and is rated for clean water temperatures reaching a maximum of 25°C.
A 7.5 kW motor powers the unit on a 415v supply with a rated current of 17 Amps for borehole service. It achieves a maximum total head of 26.9 m and a maximum flow rate of 2300 L/Min at a speed of 2900 rpm. These performance parameters support consistent extraction and pressure maintenance infrastructure in large industrial or residential complexes.
Safety containment features Class F insulation and an IP68 rating for submerged duty in borehole environments. The system supports installation depths reaching 350 meters and utilizes double mechanical shaft seals housed in an oil chamber for fluid containment. Internal technopolymer wear rings and EPDM bearing bushes provide hydraulic efficiency and support the duplex shaft assembly.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Can I run the Lowara ZN895/01/3S off a farm generator or solar inverter?
Yes, as long as your generator matches its 7.5 kW / 415v requirement. It's built for continuous duty on 415V three-phase or standard rural power setups.
Is the Lowara ZN895_01_3S safe to use in mineral-heavy or salty groundwater?
The pump uses stainless-steel wetted components; suitability for saline or aggressive water should be confirmed against the manufacturer's liquid-compatibility limits.
What pipe size connects to the Lowara ZN895-01-3S discharge port?
