Product Overview
Pressure boosting infrastructure and municipal water supply systems utilize the ZN895-02/2A-3S multistage submersible electric pump. Part of the ZN895 range, this model provides high-volume lifting for dedicated hydrotherapy distribution and irrigation loops. It supports vertical installation in borehole wells or horizontal mounting in tanks provided motor immersion is maintained.
Manufactured from cast 316 Stainless Steel, the diffusers and suction casing handle aggregated mechanical stress during operation. The hydraulic configuration uses two stages with reduced diameter impellers to process clean water containing sand up to 100 g/m³. The pump assembly weighs 94.2 kg and is rated for operating temperatures reaching a maximum of 25°C.
A 15 kW motor powers the unit on a 415v supply with a rated current of 32.1 Amps for industrial borehole duty. It achieves a maximum total head of 45.6 m and a maximum flow rate of 1966.7 L/Min while rotating at 2900 rpm. These parameters support intensive groundwater management and consistent extraction for large-scale agricultural and municipal distribution projects.
Protection features include Class F insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for submerged service life in deep boreholes. The unit supports installation depths reaching 350 meters and features double mechanical shaft seals for containment. Internal POM-C technopolymer wear rings and EPDM 70 bearing bushes support the duplex shaft and maintain hydraulic efficiency during duty cycles.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Can the Lowara ZN895 02 2A 3S handle dirty or gritty bore water?
The pump is designed for the documented sand/particle conditions; do not exceed the manufacturer's stated limits. The impellers are built from heavy-duty materials designed to resist abrasion and sediment wear.
Can I run the Lowara ZN895-02-2A-3S off a farm generator or solar inverter?
Yes, as long as your generator matches its 15 kW / 415v requirement. It's built for continuous duty on 415V three-phase or standard rural power setups.
Is the Lowara ZN895_02_2A_3S safe to use in mineral-heavy or salty groundwater?
The pump uses stainless-steel wetted components; suitability for saline or aggressive water should be confirmed against the manufacturer's liquid-compatibility limits.
