Product Overview
Irrigation networks and consistent clean water lifting for municipal sectors utilize the ZN895-02/2B-3S multistage submersible pump. Part of the Lowara ZN895 series, this model provides high-volume extraction for borehole duty and fluid optimization. It is suitable for vertical installation in borehole wells or horizontal mounting in tanks provided motor immersion is maintained.
Manufactured from cast 316 Stainless Steel, the suction support and diffusers handle aggregated structural loads in deep wells. The two-stage configuration uses reduced diameter impellers rated to handle liquids with suspended sand content up to 100 g/m³. The pump assembly weighs 90.2 kg and operates in liquids reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C.
Performance metrics are driven by an 11 kW motor operating on a 415v supply with a rated current of 24.2 Amps for borehole duty. It achieves a maximum total head of 38.4 m and a maximum flow rate of 1966.7 L/Min at a speed of 2900 rpm. These performance capacities facilitate dedicated groundwater management for recreational complexes and industrial water distribution infrastructure.
Thermal protection includes Class F insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for submerged borehole service life. The system supports installation depths up to 350 meters and features double mechanical shaft seals for containment. Internal tolerances are managed by technopolymer POM-C wear rings and EPDM 70 bearing bushes which support the duplex stainless steel shaft assembly.

- Internal technopolymer POM-C wear rings maintain hydraulic clearances and reduce internal friction.
- Mechanical connection of the 8-inch motor follows NEMA standards to allow for compatibility with industrial systems.
Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

How many sprinklers can the Lowara ZN895-02-2B-3S run at the same time?
With a peak flow of 1966 L/Min, it delivers plenty of volume to run large farm irrigators or multiple garden sprinkler lines simultaneously.
What happens if my bore water level drops below the Lowara ZN895_02_2B_3S?
Motor protection depends on the compatible motor and control equipment selected for the pump. Appropriate overload and dry-run protection should be provided during installation. To prevent dry running, connect it to bore level probes or a controller to turn off automatically if water drops.
How much maintenance does the Lowara ZN895-02/2B-3S need?
Virtually none. The sealed bearings and shaft seals are lubricated for life, giving you years of trouble-free daily pumping.
