Product Overview
Water supply systems requiring high-volume fluid distribution utilize the ZN895-02-3S multistage submersible electric pump. Part of the Lowara ZN895 range, this model provides pressure maintenance infrastructure for municipal distribution networks and farming sectors. The unit supports vertical installation in deep wells or horizontal mounting in tanks provided motor immersion is maintained.
Constructed from cast 316 Stainless Steel, the delivery head and diffusers handle aggregated structural stress during intensive service life. The two-stage hydraulic end features full-diameter semi-axial impellers to handle clean water containing sand concentrations reaching 100 g/m³. The unit weighs 102.2 kg and is rated for operating temperatures up to 25°C.
Performance is driven by a 15 kW motor operating on a 415v supply with a rated current of 32.1 Amps for industrial borehole service. It achieves a maximum total head of 53.8 m and a maximum flow rate of 2300 L/Min through a semi-axial hydraulic geometry. These parameters support robust groundwater management and dedicated water supply for large residential complexes and projects.
Thermal protection features Class F insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for submerged service in deep boreholes. The assembly supports installation depths up to 350 meters and utilizes double mechanical seals for shaft containment. Internal technopolymer POM-C wear rings and EPDM bearing bushes provide hydraulic efficiency and support the duplex stainless steel shaft assembly.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Can I install the Lowara ZN895 02 3S horizontally inside a water tank?
Horizontal installation may be permitted where the manufacturer's installation requirements are met, including the required inclination and adequate motor cooling.
How many sprinklers can the Lowara ZN895/02/3S run at the same time?
With a peak flow of 2300 L/Min, it delivers plenty of volume to run large farm irrigators or multiple garden sprinkler lines simultaneously.
What happens if my bore water level drops below the Lowara ZN895_02_3S?
Motor protection depends on the compatible motor and control equipment selected for the pump. Appropriate overload and dry-run protection should be provided during installation. To prevent dry running, connect it to bore level probes or a controller to turn off automatically if water drops.
How much maintenance does the Lowara ZN895-02-3S need?
Virtually none. The sealed bearings and shaft seals are lubricated for life, giving you years of trouble-free daily pumping.
