Manufactured from cast 316 Stainless Steel, the suction support and diffusers handle Aggressive borehole environments during intensive service life. The three-stage configuration uses one reduced diameter impeller designed to process liquids containing suspended sand up to 100 g/m³. The pump unit weighs 122.4 kg and operates in liquids reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C.
Performance metrics are driven by a 22 kW motor operating on a 415v supply with a rated current of 47.3 Amps for deep-well duty. The unit achieves a maximum total head of 76.6 m and a maximum flow rate of 1966.7 L/Min through its semi-axial hydraulic geometry. These parameters support intensive groundwater management and dedicated fluid optimization in residential water networks and industrial complexes.
Safety containment features Class F insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for deep borehole duty cycles. The system supports immersion depths reaching 350 meters and utilizes double mechanical seals housed in an oil chamber. Internal technopolymer POM-C wear rings and EPDM 70 bearing bushes maintain precise hydraulic clearances and support the duplex shaft assembly during rotation.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

What happens if my bore water level drops below the Lowara ZN895_03_1A_3R?
Motor protection depends on the compatible motor and control equipment selected for the pump. Appropriate overload and dry-run protection should be provided during installation. To prevent dry running, connect it to bore level probes or a controller to turn off automatically if water drops.
