Manufactured from cast 316 Stainless Steel, the housing and suction casing handle Aggressive structural loads in intensive service environments. The three full-diameter semi-axial impellers are rated for water containing suspended sand up to 100 g/m³. The electric pump assembly weighs 131.4 kg and is specified for liquids with temperatures reaching 25°C.
Performance is driven by a 30 kW motor operating on a 415v supply with a rated current of 63.8 Amps for deep-bore duty. The unit achieves a maximum total head of 80.7 m and a maximum flow rate of 2300 L/Min while rotating at 2900 rpm. These parameters facilitate robust lifting from underground aquifers to support surface distribution infrastructure and intensive irrigation sectors.
Safety containment features Class F insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for submerged service in deep borehole environments. The assembly supports installation depths reaching 350 meters and incorporates double mechanical shaft seals for containment. Internal technopolymer POM-C wear rings and EPDM 70 bearing bushes support the duplex stainless steel shaft assembly and maintain hydraulic efficiency.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Can the Lowara ZN895 03 3R handle dirty or gritty bore water?
The pump is designed for the documented sand/particle conditions; do not exceed the manufacturer's stated limits. The impellers are built from heavy-duty materials designed to resist abrasion and sediment wear.
Can I run the Lowara ZN895/03/3R off a farm generator or solar inverter?
Yes, as long as your generator matches its 30 kW / 415v requirement. It's built for continuous duty on 415V three-phase or standard rural power setups.
