Product Overview
Borehole extraction for large complexes and intensive industrial systems is facilitate by the ZN895-04/2A-3R multistage submersible unit. This model features a Duplex Stainless Steel motor configuration and belongs to the ZN895 range, offering high-volume lifting for aquifers. It is designed for vertical borehole installation or horizontal deployment where motor immersion is maintained at all times.
Manufactured from cast 316 Stainless Steel, the housing and suction casing handle aggregated structural stress in Aggressive deep-well environments. The four-stage hydraulics utilize two reduced diameter impellers designed to process water containing suspended sand up to 100 g/m³. The unit weighs 143.6 kg and operates in liquids reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C.
Performance metrics are driven by a 30 kW motor operating on a 415v supply with a rated current of 63.8 Amps for borehole duty cycles. It achieves a maximum total head of 99.4 m and a maximum flow rate of 1966.7 L/Min at a speed of 2900 rpm. These capacities enable dedicated water supply management and circulation loops for municipal networks and industrial cooling tower supply systems.
Safety containment features Class F motor insulation and an IP68 enclosure rating for deep borehole submerged duty. The assembly supports immersion depths up to 350 meters and incorporates double mechanical shaft seals for containment. Internal wear rings manufactured from technopolymer POM-C and EPDM 70 bearing bushes provide precise hydraulic clearances and support the duplex shaft.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

How deep can the Lowara ZN895-04/2A-3R push water from underground?
