Product Overview
Industrial cooling infrastructure and municipal distribution networks utilize the ZN895-04/2B-3S multistage submersible unit for consistent clean water management. Part of the ZN895 range, this model features a 316 Stainless Steel motor configuration and provides high-volume lifting. It supports vertical installation in borehole wells or horizontal mounting in tanks provided motor immersion is maintained.
Constructed from cast 316 Stainless Steel, the diffusers and suction casing handle aggregated mechanical stress during operation. The hydraulic configuration uses four stages with two reduced diameter impellers designed to handle cleaner water containing sand up to 100 g/m³. The assembly weighs 140.6 kg and is rated for operating temperatures reaching 25°C.
A 30 kW motor powers the unit on a 415v supply with a rated current of 63.8 Amps for industrial borehole duty. The pump achieves a maximum total head of 92.1 m and a maximum flow rate of 1966.7 L/Min through a semi-axial hydraulic arrangement. These specifications support dedicated groundwater management for recreational complexes and industrial pressure maintenance systems.
Thermal protection features Class F insulation and an IP68 rating for submerged duty life in deep boreholes. The assembly supports installation depths up to 350 meters and features double mechanical shaft seals housed in an oil chamber for fluid containment. Internal wear rings manufactured from technopolymer POM-C and EPDM 70 bearing bushes support the duplex stainless steel shaft assembly.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Is the Lowara ZN895_04_2B_3S safe to use in mineral-heavy or salty groundwater?
The pump uses stainless-steel wetted components; suitability for saline or aggressive water should be confirmed against the manufacturer's liquid-compatibility limits.
