Product Overview
Irrigation supply for municipal sectors and high-volume fluid distribution utilize the ZN895-04-3S submersible multistage pump. Specified for the ZN895 manufacturer series, this unit features a 316 Stainless Steel motor configuration and provides high-volume lifting. It supports vertical installation in borehole wells or horizontal deployment provided motor immersion is ensured at the lowest position.
Constructed from cast 316 Stainless Steel, the delivery head and diffusers handle aggregated structural stress during operation. The hydraulic configuration features four stages with full-diameter semi-axial flow impellers rated for sand content up to 100 g/m³. The total pump assembly weighs 143.6 kg and is rated for operating temperatures up to 25°C.
A 30 kW motor powers the unit on a 415v supply with a rated current of 63.8 Amps for industrial borehole duty. It achieves a maximum total head of 107.6 m and a maximum flow rate of 2300 L/Min through its high-capacity arrangement. These parameters support intensive groundwater management and consistent extraction for industrial distribution infrastructure and pressure maintenance systems.
Safety containment features Class F insulation with an IP68 rating for continuous submerged borehole service life. The system supports installation depths reaching 350 meters and incorporates double mechanical seals for shaft containment. Internal POM-C technopolymer wear rings and EPDM bearing bushes maintain precise hydraulic clearances and support the duplex shaft assembly during service.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Can I run the Lowara ZN895/04/3S off a farm generator or solar inverter?
Yes, as long as your generator matches its 30 kW / 415v requirement. It's built for continuous duty on 415V three-phase or standard rural power setups.
Is the Lowara ZN895_04_3S safe to use in mineral-heavy or salty groundwater?
The pump uses stainless-steel wetted components; suitability for saline or aggressive water should be confirmed against the manufacturer's liquid-compatibility limits.
What pipe size connects to the Lowara ZN895-04-3S discharge port?
It fits a standard 125 mm outlet connection. Using the right pipe diameter ensures you get the full 2300 L/Min discharge flow.
Can I install the Lowara ZN895 04 3S horizontally inside a water tank?
