Product Overview
Agricultural irrigation networks and municipal water systems utilize the ZN895-05/3A-3S multistage submersible pump for consistent clean water management. Part of the ZN895 range, this model features a 316 Stainless Steel motor configuration and provides high-volume lifting. It supports vertical installation in wells or horizontal mounting in reservoirs where motor immersion is ensured.
Constructed from cast 316 Stainless Steel, the diffusers and suction casing handle aggregated structural loads in deep-well duty. The hydraulic configuration uses five stages with three reduced diameter impellers rated for clean water containing sand up to 100 g/m³. The total assembly weighs 168.9 kg and is rated for operating temperatures up to 25°C.
A 37 kW motor powers the unit on a 415v supply with a rated current of 81.8 Amps for industrial borehole duty. It achieves a maximum total head of 122.2 m and a maximum flow rate of 1966.7 L/Min rotating at 2900 rpm. These specifications support intensive groundwater management and robust lifting for dedicated industrial pressure maintenance infrastructure and cooling tower loops.
Protection features include Class F motor insulation and an IP68 rating for submerged duty life in deep boreholes. The assembly supports installation depths up to 350 meters and utilizes double mechanical seals for shaft containment. Internal POM-C technopolymer wear rings and EPDM 70 bearing bushes maintain precise hydraulic clearances and support the duplex stainless steel shaft.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

How many sprinklers can the Lowara ZN895-05-3A-3S run at the same time?
With a peak flow of 1966 L/Min, it delivers plenty of volume to run large farm irrigators or multiple garden sprinkler lines simultaneously.
What happens if my bore water level drops below the Lowara ZN895_05_3A_3S?
Motor protection depends on the compatible motor and control equipment selected for the pump. Appropriate overload and dry-run protection should be provided during installation. To prevent dry running, connect it to bore level probes or a controller to turn off automatically if water drops.
How much maintenance does the Lowara ZN895-05/3A-3S need?
Virtually none. The sealed bearings and shaft seals are lubricated for life, giving you years of trouble-free daily pumping.
